Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected and eligible for a refund.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
